Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction:
At Indian Connection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. Accessories and items bought during special discounts or clearance sales are also non-returnable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at indianconnection01@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 80038 54050 with your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return shipping process. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI as per your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider or bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at indianconnection01@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered. If you need to exchange your item for the same or a different size/design, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation will not be possible.
