We deliver across India to all major cities and towns via our trusted courier partners. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time:
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders to metro cities are typically delivered faster, while remote locations may take additional time.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a minimum order value (if applicable). For COD orders or orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee may apply and will be visible at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also reach out to our support team for assistance.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses. In case of a failed delivery attempt, our team or the courier partner will try to contact you to reschedule.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order. We will not be responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages:
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos and order details.
